ÂFridays, 5.00pm - 6.30pm (Juniors) and 5.00pm - 7.00 pm (Seniors)

From the Riverfront Theatre:  Pass the Riverfront on your left and head SE on Kingsway (A4042).  Pass Castle Bingo on your left and double back on yourself, turning onto Lower Dock Street, and following signs for the new Asda Superstore.  Turn left and take the right hand lane immediately at the traffic lights opposite the police station, following the signs for City Centre, and the brown tourist sign.  At the roundabout take the second exit, onto commercial street, passing St Paul's Church on your left.  Follow the road as it bears round to the left, and take the first right onto Park Square.  Follow the road, staying on Ivor St, and the entrance to the centre is where Ivor St meets Hill St
